3667207 - Candidates are not successfully initiated after 2H 2025 Preview Release - Issue Fixed

Scenario 1: When onboarding is initiated manually, users are seeing the following error message: "Unable to insert data due to a server error" 

Scenario 2: When candidates are initiated from Recruiting, they are not available in the onboarding dashboard. The candidates are stuck in BPE with an unfinished job. 

This is happening after the 2H Preview release. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• This issue will only occur if there is a dependency on DG Filters used in External User Role Based Permission Groups. 
• This was caused due to a regression after the 2H 2025 Release

• Product Engineering has fixed the issue.
• All the newly initiated candidates from RCM/Manual Onboarding are successfully available in the dashboard.
