3667237 - The API response for API_OUTBOUND_DELIVERY_SRV does not include event name and timestamps

Symptom

  • When using API_OUTBOUND_DELIVERY_SRV for outbound delivery integration in SAP S/4HANA, the API response does not include event details from table TSEGE, such as the event name and timestamps.
  • The time segment events data, which is displayed in the "Dates" tab of transaction VL03N, cannot be accessed using API_OUTBOUND_DELIVERY_SRV.
