Symptom
Issue: Customer is using the SAP Fiori App F0702A - Manage Dispute Cases, which currently offers three role-based variants:
Manage Dispute Cases: As Processor
Manage Dispute Cases: As Coordinator
Manage Dispute Cases: As Person Responsible
According to the app's documentation:
Customer like to configure role-specific authorizations for specific fields and actions within the app. For example:
Only the “Person Responsible” role should be able to:
Set the status of a dispute case to “Closed”
Maintain escalation reasons
Role-based actions per status:
The Coordinator should be responsible for creating a dispute
The Processor should be able to set the status to “In Process”, as they conduct the investigation
Customer has created a role and verified that authorization objects related to escalation reasons were functioning as expected in the GUI transaction UDM_DISPUTE. However, the same restrictions do not apply in the Fiori app.
