Symptom

  • When the carrier submitted a cancellation with a credit memo document in SBN, even though the carrier invoice had already been posted in TM—the creation of the credit memo document failed in the TM system. 
  • XML fails with the error: "Carrier invoice ID & doesn't exist", 065(/SCMTMC/INV_DISP)
