3667292 - Error in APM Compliance module for appointment requests due to NIPR gateway maintenance

Symptom

  • Appointment requests from Workflow for any state are erroring out.
  • Error message in the APM Compliance module:
    • "`201`: NIPR Gateway application or application component has been switched off for maintenance. The transaction represented by the state code : CODE OF THE STATE and transaction type : 1 has been temporarily disabled. These transactions will not be permitted into the system."
    • "`20001`: Transaction not received by NIPR"
