3667309 - MS Teams Documentation With Administration Permission For C4C Is Missing

Symptom

When searching for a document with the administration permissions needed for using Microsoft Teams with C4C (v1), the only document found is for CNS system (v2).

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

1 Open Hel Portal.
2. Search for MS Teams Permission for C4C.
3. The same page found for CNS is not found for C4C.

Cause

As of now, there are no documentations regarding the permissions used to provide the consent in V1.
The Permissions document mentioned is only available for CNS (v2) system.

Resolution

Customers can get the permission screen while providing the consent for C4C.
