3667335 - Error 500 when accessing Organization Information or Job Information in Latest People Profile- 2H 2025

System is throwing the error when accessing the Organization Information card in Spotlight view or the Job Information card under Employment Information category :
"Error Code: 500."

This issue started after the 2H release upgrade and occurs only in the Latest People Profile.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Log in to the instance.

2. Navigate to an employee’s profile.

3. Open the Spotlight view.

4. Go to the Organization Information card → observe the error message.

5. Navigate to Employment Information → Job Information → same error message appears.

6. Notice that this behavior occurs only in Latest People Profile and not in the Legacy Profile.

The issue occurs because not all picklist values for Employee Status are maintained in the system.

• The fix for the issue is planned via the patch 2H 2025 P2 which is scheduled for 28th Oct 2025.
• As a workaround, ensure that all Employee Status picklist values are properly maintained in the instance.  Steps to Apply the Workaround:

1. 1. Go to Admin Center → Picklist Center.

   2. Open the Employee Status (Employee-status) picklist.

   4. Save the changes.

   5. Refresh the employee profile and verify that both Organization Information and Job Information sections display correctly.
