3667370 - Product List not loading in Perfect Store Survey

The list of Products, from a Product List assigned in the Survey, is not displayed when opening the Survey under Perfect Store functionality.

• SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Customer Work Center
2. Open Accounts View
3. Open an Account.
4. Create a Visit
5. Click on Check-In
6. Start the Perfect Store Execution
7. Open the Survey
8. No Product is listed

The C4C does not currently support adding Product Lists containing Proposed Product Categories when using the Perfect Store and Survey functionalities.

If a Product List needs to be added, it must include Proposed Products instead of Proposed Product Categories.
