3667372 - Performance Form ratings get updated before Calibration Session finalization

Calibrated ratings are being reflected on associated performance forms before the Calibration Session has been finalized.

1. Edit ratings in a Calibration Session.
2. Observe that calibrated ratings are reflected on associated Performance Forms before the session is finalized.

Session was saved either manually or by Autosave option.

This is expected behavior.

When a rating is changed in a Calibration Session and the Session is saved, the change flows back to the Performance Form.

In the Single Session Rating Change in Ad Hoc Report section of Admin Guide it is explained that when the session is saved (visible in the workflow column) the PM form rating is also updated (visible in the comment column).

The rating of the subject is changed from 1 to 2 during the session. The session is saved.	2	1	2	The change from 1 to 2 is saved. The ad hoc report is notified of the change. If you run a ad hoc report now, the rating will be 2. The rating in Performance Management form is now 2.
