3667373 - Namespace MMEDI not appearing when setting up 3ZB Scope Item

After following all the steps in the Billing of Costs Between Affiliated Companies (3ZB) scope item, in the step 4.9 and 4.10 the MMEDI data is not appearing.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

All the pre-requisites required were not configured yet.

There are certain pre-requisite steps necessary to be able to define the objects to be viewed /mmedi and /sdedi in the message monitor, these pre-requisites are:

• The user adding the entries in the APP needs to have business role SAP_BR_CONF_EXPERT_BUS_NET_INT
• The dependent scope items 2EJ 2EL 2EQ and 22Z should be active for the country where the scope item will be used (if the scope item will be used in US, all the dependent scope items need to be active for the same country)
• The communication arrangements for the documented scenarios below should be active
  
  • Maintain Communication Arrangement for Procure
    SAP_COM_0224 (Sourcing and Procurement with Suppliers Integration)
  • Maintain Communication Arrangement for Sales
    SAP_COM_0223 (Sales with Buyers Integration)

When all of these pre-requisites are met, the MMEDI data will appear in the options in the 'Assign Recipients to Users' app.
