3667374 - Application to Preview Redirects to Production - Recruiting Marketing

Symptom

Unable to apply in the preview environment because the application links are redirecting to the production environment candidate profile page instead of the application page in preview.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Click on "Careers" tab to navigate to the internal career site.
  2. Search for a requisition.
  3. Click "Apply" on the job posting.
  4. Observe that the screen displays the candidate profile sections, while the job-specific information section and the apply button are missing.

Cause

  • The IAS tenant configured is for Production instead of Preview. This can happen due to an instance refresh.

Resolution

    1. Go to "Career Site Identity Provider (IDP) Configuration" settings.
    2. Review and update the IAS tenant configuration to reflect the correct preview tenant.
    3. Click save, the redirect URLs should update automatically.
    4. Test applying again and it should direct to the preview application page.
