Symptom

This KB helps address a scenario where extract jobs fail with an error indicating that the delivery target is configured for PGP encryption, but no public key has been uploaded. As a result:

  • Extract jobs fail with exceptions.
  • Files are not delivered to the FTP target location (e.g., Dropbox outbound).
  • Error message in logs: "[06/03/25 05:15:01 PM][ERROR:Extract.deliver] Errors occurred during Extract delivery."
  • Exception message: "java.lang.IllegalStateException: Delivery Target is configured for PGP Encryption, but no public key.
