3667436 - Need to correct country compliance forms after onboarding completion

Symptom

When trying to restart the compliance process, get following error:

"Restart compliance process can’t be triggered for the selected process ID. Select an ID corresponding to an open Onboarding process and try again"

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Manage Data > Create New 
  2. Select Restart Compliance Process
  3. Enter the Onboarding Process Id and reason to restart
  4. Faces Error:
    Restart compliance process can’t be triggered for the selected process ID. Select an ID corresponding to an open Onboarding process and try again. onb_restart_compliance.png

Cause

The issue is an expected behavior as compliance process cannot be restarted for the completed process.

Resolution

The compliance process cannot be restarted for the completed process. Hence this is an expected behavior.
