3667476 - Internal Status Showing "Closed" for Active Applications in Application Reports - Recruiting Management

In Application reports, the Internal Status column is showing as "Closed" for active applications.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Locate the "Internal Status" column in the report.
2. Observe that the status is displayed as "Closed" for applications that are still active.

This behavior occurs when the application is closed using the "Close from Consideration" action/button available in the Legacy Applicant Workbench.

The Application History will log a change for the field "Internal Status" and the user who triggered that.

The "Close from Consideration" action/button is a legacy feature and is no longer supported.

Instead, use the "Disqualify Candidate" action to correctly close applications.
