3667493 - The history data can be archived even though material master data exists - SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

The entries from tables related to the MM_HDEL object (e.g., MBEWH) can be successfully archived/deleted even though the entries are not deleted from the material master data table. However, the SAP Help Portal documentation states that "The Material master data must be archived before the history records." It is different with the system behavior tested.
