3667634 - The confirmation text does not appear in the Excel file when the data is downloaded

The Confirmation Text has been entered and is visible in the Manage Production Order (F2336) application. However, the field appears blank when the data is downloaded in Excel format.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Manage Production Order (F2336) application.
2. Enter the production order number.
3. Navigate to the "Confirmation" tab.
4. Download the Excel file.
5. Observe that the Confirmation Text for certain operations is missing in the downloaded file.

The confirmation text is not appearing in the downloaded Excel sheet because it is retrieved from the production order confirmation screen, where the long text field has not been maintained.

To ensure the confirmation text is accurately captured when exporting data from the Manage Production Order application in Excel format, make sure the long text field is maintained in the production order confirmation screen.
