Flat-rate value/Valuated Difference is zero for valuated Overdue Receivable during Perform Further Valuation.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Execute "Perform Further Valuations" app.
2. Input Key Date, Valuation Area, Posting Date, Rev. Posting Date, JE Type.
3. Check Value List, Flat Rate value/Valuated Difference is zero for valuated Overdue Receivable.

• Flat-rate value is zero: Flat-rate value will be automatically populated alongside the "Valuated Manually" checkbox if you use the "Change Valuation" function to manually input adjustments. However, the "Change Valuations" function is disabled in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, as outlined in KBA 2896087 - "Change valuations" Button Is Disabled in "Perform Further Valuations" App (ID: F107).
• Valuated Difference is zero: Missing configuration in "Define Value Adjustment Key" for selected Valuation Area.

1. Maintain the relevant adjustment key in "Define Value Adjustment Key" for selected Valuation Area.
2. Retry the sample posting and verify the selected Value Adjustment Key based on Overdue days and its resulting Valuated Difference.
3. Ensure to verify carefully before creating entries in SSCUI 101836 - Define Value Adjustment Key as it is not possible for customer to delete entries here. If deletion of customer entries in SSCUI 101836 is required, submit a request through Expert Configuration.
