Symptom
- Customer-specific Z-texts have been implemented in the Sales process.
- Z-texts are successfully printed in e.g., German documents but do not appear in e.g., English documents.
- Descriptions have been maintained for these Z-texts in the corresponding language environments, via the configuration activities "Define Text Types for SD Document Header (ID: 105684)" and/or "Define Text Types for SD Document Item (ID: 105685)".
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Cause
The feature toggle "SD_SLS_PRNT_ALL_TXT_LANG" is currently inactive in the configuration activity "Activate Features (106573)".
Resolution
Activate the feature toggle "SD_SLS_PRNT_ALL_TXT_LANG", following the detailed steps in Help Portal - Activate Features.
Note: Before deciding to activate a feature, it's important to consider the Reversible column. If the Reversible flag is set for a feature, this means that an already activated feature can be deactivated. However, if the reversible flag is not set, it won't be possible to deactivate an already activated feature.
