3667698 - Fiori Launchpad blank after upgrade to S/4HANA 2023, Error - Call to success handler failed: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getId')

Symptom

After upgrade to S/4HANA 2023 Fiori Launchpad loads blank (for some users / all users).

There are errors in Console log:

Call to success handler failed: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getId') - TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getId')
(*for LaunchPageAdapter.js)

(**or error for ClientSideTargetResolution.js , if a System Alias can't be resolved)

However, start_up and PageSets HTTP requests load successfully with no errors.
