3667731 - Public Links for Hosting Static Content returning error "An unexpected error occurred. Please contact Technical Support".

Symptom

When trying to upload a file using Public Content Links, the error "An unexpected error occurred. Please contact Technical Support" is returned. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Public Content Links page.
  2. Select File.
  3. Accept Terms & Conditions. 
  4. Try to Upload. 
  5. Receive error: "An unexpected error occurred. Please contact Technical Support".

Cause

Known issue. 

Resolution

Engineering are aware of this issue and are working to resolve.
