3667744 - SMQ2 Error /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION002 for ARM Delivery

Symptom

  • The SAVE REPLICA queue for Outbound delivery is failing with error /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION002 - "No Document Type Found for Delivery Type & from system &".
  • This occurs during Advanced Returns Management (ARM) processing. Note 3581218 is already implemented.
  • However, Queue is containing blank Code Initiator instead of ACR.
