3667765 - Error IM063: "Plant is not allowed for the sales org. and distribution channel" in QM02 after SPS upgrade

Symptom

  • Users encounter an error message: "Plant is not allowed for the sales org. and distribution channel" (IM063) when attempting to change the Plant for Material field (RQM00-MAWERK) in Quality Notifications.
  • The issue prevents users from switching tabs or modifying plant information in Quality Notifications.
  • This functionality worked previously without corresponding customizing settings.
  • The issue began after an SPS upgrade.
