3667776 - During product replication with SOA, error "Product &1 has already been processed and cannot be changed" occurs when sequencing mechanism is used

Symptom

Material is being replicated via using webservice and the creation process is successful. However when a product change is sent in a new payload right after the creation, the replication fails with error message no. "CMD_BS_MAT_SI 056”: Product &1 has already been processed and cannot be changed.
