Symptom

  • The following error occurs in Embedded Analytics when opening, refreshing or drilling down on dimension in a story with many widgets and/or a large amount of data:

  • "The processing in the backend was stopped because of a too high data volume involved in the intermediate calculations.
    • To reduce the data volume, check the following options:
      1. Reduce the number of dimensions on the axes.
      2. Reduce the number of exception aggregation dimensions.
      3. Reduce the number of measures/accounts requested.
      4. Add more restrictive filters for dimensions which are on an axis and/or for dimensions which may, directly or indirectly, be used as an exception aggregation dimension. Correlation ID: 1234567890"
