Slow loading times, indefinite job failures, and crashes while executing import jobs in SAC

Environment

SAP ANALYTICS CLOUD 2025.14.14

Reproducing the Issue

Login to SAC
Open a model
Go to Data Management tab
Attempt to execute import jobs or data refreshes in SAP Analytics Cloud.

Notice: Slow loading times, indefinite job failures, and crashes while executing jobs.

Cause

The Cloud Agent is outdated, potentially causing import job failures and system slowness.

Resolution

Upgrade the Cloud Agent to the latest SAP Analytics Cloud Agent.
