3667816 - [2H 2025] Missing Sections on External Career Site after Logging In - Recruiting Management

After logging into the external career site, expected navigation options such as Home Page, Job Search, Candidate Profile, and Sign Off are missing. Instead, only a few links like “My Applications,” “Careers Home Page,” and “Explore All Jobs” are visible however, these links do not function as expected.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to the default external career portal login page.
2. Attempt to log in as an existing candidate.
3. Observe the restricted user interface view post-login, which only displays "My Applications," "Careers Home Page," and "Explore All Jobs."
   • “Careers Home” doesn’t perform any action;
   • “Explore All Jobs” doesn’t load and show ‘404 Page Not Found’ error.

The solution of this issue is currently under investigation with Engineering Team.
