Symptom

  • There is a known issue with alert url in email and chat notification only in eu10-004.

  • The issue pertains to an incorrect URL in the notification email generated by the SAP Cloud ALM platform.

  • The "Click here to view this alert" link redirects to an incorrect URL with the error message: "The SAP Cloud ALM tenant " " URL could not be found."
