Symptom

"An application error has occurred. Please try again." error is displayed when trying to access any entity from the Recents list

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access Learning Admin >
  2. On the listed menu at the left side of the page, select "Recents" tab >
  3. Click on any entity from the recents list >
  4. "An application error has occurred. Please try again." error is displayed

Cause

Code Issue

Resolution

The Product Engineering team has finished their investigation and developed a correction for this behavior which is planned to be delivered on the Patch 3 of the 2511 release, as per the schedule available at SAP SuccessFactors - Patch Details.
