3667959 - Mass Data Management displays Internal ID instead of selected label for generic object - Employee Data

Symptom

  • Once the Mass Data Management request is in "Draft" status, the "other filters" section does not display the actual Name/Description of the selected field values.
  • Instead of the selected label, the system displays the "Internal ID".

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Mass Data Management.
  2. Select an existing request or create a new one.
  3. Observe that after clicking on "other filters" button, it displays the "Internal ID" for the generic object instead of the selected label.

Cause

Filters in draft record are showing Internal IDs instead of values for reference type fields.

Resolution

The patch for this code correction will be deployed in 1H 2026 Release.
