3667998 - MTA CAP project in CF deployment errors with xsuaa "Service operation failed: Controller operation failed: 404 Not Found:"

Created an MTA CAP project in BAS and when deploying the app in Cloud Foundry environment with xsuaa security service the following error is seen:
