3668005 - Display Rating Labels Instead of Numeric Values on Gap Graph – Career Worksheet

The Career Worksheet currently displays only numeric rating values for a competency's last rating and expected rating.

SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning

1. Log in to the instance and proxy as the affected user.

2. Navigate to the Home page and select Development from the dropdown menu.

3. Open the Career Worksheet and select the current role.

4. Review the listed competencies – only numeric values are displayed; rating labels are missing.

Expected behavior by current system design.

Currently, it is not possible to configure the rating labels to display for Last Rating and Expected Rating in the Career Worksheet.
