Custom MDF object is not visible in Compensation Template under Design Worksheet for mapping a field

• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
• SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay
• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Goto Compensation Home
2. Select a template and goto Design Worksheet
3. Create a custom field 
4. Select the dropdown for Employee Central Category
5. Select Employment Details
6. Now click on the dropdown under Employee Central Field
7. Search for the Custom MDF To MAP 

Name of the field externalCode in the custom MDF has been updated as something other than externalCode. For example as Employee or userSysId etc. 

Please do not change the name of the field externalCode in custom MDF

If it is different from externalCode, then,

• Click on Take Action and select make Correction.
• Delete the values in the field Subject User Field and RBP Subject User Field 
• Change the Name of externalCode and update it a "externalCode"
• Check in details if the default label is also externalCode. If not then change it to externalCode
• Save the MDF object
• Now check again under Compensation Template Design worksheet for the custom MDF(make sure you refresh the Compensation template page before checking)
• The Custom MDF will be available for field mapping

2651965 - Receive Error on Save of Department Object - Field Department-autoCreated is removed. Removing pre-delivered fields is not allowed.
