3668021 - Error when trying to enable a new custom ATC check via transaction SCI

Symptom

A new custom ATC check was created by using the released API IF_CI_ATC_CHECK. 

When trying to enable this new custom ATC check via transaction SCI -> Code inspector -> Management of -> Checks, the following error message is displayed:

"Check category CL_CI_CATEGORY_WRAPPED for checking Z* is not yet active"
