3668034 - Error BALANCE_CCODE caused by an incorrect update in table FAGL_SPLINFO_VAL for the document migrated from ECC to S/4HANA

Symptom

After migrating from the ECC system to SAP S/4HANA, you notice that the document splitting amounts in table FAGL_SPLINFO_VAL are incorrectly populated for FI/non-FI currencies.
