Symptom
- An email was not processed as expected in SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
- Error message encountered: "MIME type not supported".
- The email contained an inline image with MIME type application/x-ms-wmz, which is not a standard supported inline image type.
- The MIME structure observed was:
- multipart/related
- └── multipart/alternative
- ├── text/plain
- ├── text/html
- ├── image/png
- └── application/x-ms-wmz (unsupported inline image)
- Some inline images were present but were not referenced in the HTML content.
- This may occur even though the email body content and most attachments are successfully processed.
