Currently the quick actions on the top bar after enabling latest home page new experience are smaller size and with no title.
The expected is to have title and bigger size

Cause
This is a Known Issue.
Resolution
ENG team confirmed that this is a new code defect that affected the overflow logic. ENG team is already working on a patch to resolve it that is scheduled for Oct 21st.
