3668086 - MARC-KZECH field cannot be updated with MDG Mass Processing/Maintenance

• You create mass processing/maintenance process to update the value for field MARC-KZECH.
• There is no error during the process and the process is activated successfully.
• The field value is not updated.

The issue happens to the material with material type which are not enabled with work scheduling view due to the Unified API restriction

If the expectation is to have the fields to be maintained, please enable the Work Scheduling view for the material type in OMS2(S/4 HANA for OP) or "Manage your solution" with SSCUI "Define Attributes of Material Types" 103539 (S/4 HANA Public Cloud).

"Define Attributes of Material Types" 103539 (S/4 HANA Public Cloud):

1. Open the Manage Your Solution app.
2. Enter Configure Your Solution.
3. Filter by;
   Application Area: Database and Data Management
   Sub Application Area: Product
4. Enter the Product customizing area.
5. In Configuration Steps locate 3. Define Attributes of Material Types and Configure
6. Locate the relevant Material Type, select and enter.
7. In the Material Type section "User departments" you will see the allowed views for the Material Type; Blue is allowed. Grey is not allowed.
