3668131 - Proxy for Concurrent Employment Switcher - Pre-day1 access not available in Onboarding

- Concurrent employee using Employment Switcher cannot view the home page.
- Pre-day1 access is not available for future-dated concurrent employment.
- Unable to provide Role-Based Permissions (RBP) for concurrent employee to access pre-day1 functionality and complete the Personal Details step as per Concurrent Employment Variant.

SAP Success Factors Onboarding

1. Create Concurrent Employment: Take Action: Add Concurrent Employment (Employee Katherine Wallis - 811754).
2. Complete the Hire Template, Employment Details/JobInfo Details/CompInfo Details. Save.
3. Proxy as Employee.
4. As proxy employee, navigate to Employment Switcher.
5. Select Employment Switcher (Inactive) start date future based on requirements of Concurrent Employment triggers for welcome email.
6. Select the Concurrent Employment.
7. RESULT: Page opens with Proxy management, no details.

Expected behavior

• Preday1 access is not available for future-dated concurrent employment.
• The new employment relationship does not become active until its start date, and onboarding permissions are not provisioned in advance.
• Once the concurrent employment start date is reached, the system automatically grants access.
