3668178 - "Looks like something went wrong" error when we click on "Click to Sign" in Document Flow step - 2H 2025 Preview Release

We are getting an application error when we click the "Click to Sign" button during e-signature step. We have confirmed that PFS is working as we are able to login to PFS site. Form is correctly assigned in the Business Rules - Assign Forms. The error is only shown in E-Signature Page when the candidate clicks on "Click to Sign".

This is a Known Issue.

• After a thorough investigation, we have identified that the issue was caused by the introduction of a new feature toggle. To address this, the toggle has been disabled across all preview DCs to prevent further disruptions.
• Additionally, the Engineering Team is taking proactive measures to ensure that this toggle will not impact the production release.
