3668210 - Course with special character in ID not displayed correctly in library search results in sap successfactors learning

- A course with a special character in its ID does not display correctly in the SAP SuccessFactors learning library search results.
- When the special character "()" is removed from the course ID, the course appears as the first search result.
- The course should be prioritized in search results when queried by ID or title in the new home page interface.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log in learning site
2. Navigate to the new home page(ILX) search.
3. Search for Course ID with special characters.
4. Observe that the course does not appear as the first result despite matching the search criteria.

The issue is caused by the system's inability to handle special characters, such as parentheses "()", in the course ID during library search functionality.

 Our engineering team plans to incorporate special characters into the search logic and is aiming to implement this enhancement in the next release, scheduled for around November 14(2H 2025).
