3668353 - Application error occurs when creating a Job Requisition for Position in Position Org Chart after 2H 2025 release

Application error occurs when creating Job Requisition from Position Org Chart.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Position Management

1. Proxy as Manager.
2. Navigate to Position Org Chart.
3. Open a vacant Position.
4. Select Actions > Create Job Requisition.
5. Error occurs.

• System now checks if the user has the following permission "Manage Position > View Job Requisition in Position Organization Chart and My Team Positions". If this permission is missing, the system throws an application error.
• In the 2H 2025 release, the above permission is now mandatory for creating Job Requisitions; whereas it was not required in the 1H 2025 release.

The issue has been fixed via PATCH - PTCH-48302 on 11th Nov '25.
