3668368 - A region is displayed twice in the filters within the enhanced search functionality.

When filtering results by the duplicated region, the items displayed are not associated with the region.

1. Perform a search using the enhanced search functionality.
2. Navigate to the search filters and locate the "regions" filter.
3. Observe that the same region is displayed twice within the filter options.
4. Select the duplicated region to filter the search results.
5. Verify that the items displayed are not associated with the selected region.

For facility and region, we don't send any catalog search event when they are created or deleted. We send it only when they are updated. So, when a facility is deleted in LMS, it could still be seen search.

This is because Facility are still associated with Class in LMS. When they are unassociated from all the class, Facility or region will no longer be part of filter.
