SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
In the Redesigned Applicant Workbench, recruiting users are unable to view "Online offer with E-signature", and because of which they are getting restricted to access/view the offer letter attachments. The only option we have is to Download Offer Letter with E-signature. Although, there is an option to View Offer Letter attachments in the Legacy Candidate Workbench by viewing the offer letter.
