3668423 - [2H 2025] Product Feedback icon visible in proxy mode despite “Disable Product Feedback in Page Header” being enabled

Symptom

  • The 'Product Feedback Icon' becomes visible on the homepage header when a user is proxied as another user.
  • The 'Disable Product Feedback in Page Header' setting in the Logo Settings is selected, but the icon still appears when proxied.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 2H 2025

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in as a user.
  2. Proxy as another user.
  3. Observe that the 'Product Feedback Icon' becomes visible in the homepage header.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed to the preview environments  on November 4th
