3668424 - Upload Employment Eligibility Verification Documents section is not available in I-9 - Onboarding

The "Upload Employment Eligibility Verification Documents" section is missing in the Complete Form I-9 Section 1 compliance task. Hence all the fields under "Upload Employment Eligibility Verification Documents" are missing:

• List A: Identity and Employment Authorization,
• List B: Identity,
• List C: Employment Authorization.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

In Compliance Settings > US_I9 the Require New Hire to Upload Form I-9 Documents is disabled.

Candidates will only be able to see the option to attach their documents once the switch is enabled in Compliance Settings.

Please note that this function cannot be applied only to List A, or only to List B and List C.
