Symptom

This KBA describes the way to add additional search filters in the "Manage Service Orders (Version 2)" app in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Cause

Resolution

  1. Create a custom field following the Help Portal Custom Fields.
  2. Enable the custom field for the User Interface "Service Management harmonization".
  3. Publish the custom field.
  4. Log out of the system and log back in.
  5. Verify that the custom field is now available as an additional filter within the app.
