Symptom
This KBA describes the way to add additional search filters in the "Manage Service Orders (Version 2)" app in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Cause
Resolution
- Create a custom field following the Help Portal Custom Fields.
- Enable the custom field for the User Interface "Service Management harmonization".
- Publish the custom field.
- Log out of the system and log back in.
- Verify that the custom field is now available as an additional filter within the app.
