3668484 - Unable to run 27EQ Report in Run Statutory Reports App in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

When generating the India 27EQ report from the "Run Statutory Reports" app, the data appears blank.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open "Run Statutory Reports" app.
  2. Select 27EQ reporting tasks.
  3. Go to report generation activity
  4. Run the report clicking "New Run" button.
  5. Returning no data.

Cause

The challan has not been completed.

Resolution

Find the below information to process the challan for Tax collection at source (TCS) document,

  1. Summarize the TCS process amount (Posting Journal entry that is liable for TCS).
  2. Create Remittance Challan (Process the challan for TCS document / paid the amount to the tax authority).
  3. Update Bank Challan - India (Updating the challan by bank challan number).
  4. Report TCS values to Tax Authority (Submit the 27EQ report).
