3668521 - Adjusting due dates for condition cashflows in lease contract - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

  • Requirement to adjust the due date from the initial one determined by other frequency factors (e.g., "In advance") by a set number of days.
  • Due Date +/- field inactive or holds no selectable value in Frequency Terms/Rhythm Terms.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

Due Date +/- field has its own configuration activity to enable specific due dates and must be maintained before usage is enabled on lease contracts.

Resolution

  1. Utilize the field 'Due Date +/-' to adjust the due date from the initial one determined by other frequency factors.
  2. Configure the values for this field in SSCUI 103787 - Due Date Correction Rule.
  3. The due date correction rule specifies how the date determined from the payment form (in advance, mid-period, in arrears) is moved.
