3668540 - Incorrect Completion Timestamp in User Learning History Page

Symptom

After providing a completion to a user, the admin completion time differs than what the user sees on the Learning History page. Example:

  • Admin recorded completion for 17:00 Europe/Lisbon
  • User sees completion time of 17:10 Europe/Lisbon

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 2H 2025

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Change admin preferences to Western European Time (Europe/Lisbon)
  2. Go to the user record > preferences > change timezone to Western European Time (Europe/Lisbon)
  3. Go to Add to Learning History for Multiple Courses > select an item > select the user > add in the completion date such as 17:00 Europe/Lisbon > record the completion
  4. Check the user record > completed items > view details of the item completion and you will see 17:00 Europe/Lisbon
  5. Now Proxy as the user > Learning History tile > view details of the completion and see it will be a different time than 17:00 such as 17:10
