3668553 - Runtime error cx_os_object_not_found when deleting scheduling conditions

Symptom

  • When attempting to delete scheduling conditions for the action profile XXX via the following path:

Customer Relationship Management → Basic Functions → Actions → Actions in Transaction → Change Actions and Conditions → Define Conditions → XXX , the system terminates with a short dump.

  • Error details:
  • Runtime Error: UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION
  • Exception Class: CX_OS_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND
  • ABAP Program: SAPLFG_DETERMINATION_GUI2_PPF
  • Class: CL_TRIGGER_TEMPL_PPF
